Be Active Massage Therapy has a NO TIPPING POLICY. Exceptional service should be expected each visit. Referrals are welcome, but not necessary. 

BOOKING:

A credit card is required to reserve your appointment time. Your card is not charged, only stored in an encrypted, PCI-Level 1 server with Bambora, protected with Tokenization. For your convenience, if you choose to, you may pay for your session using the card on file.

CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING:

If you are not able to make a scheduled appointment, you agree to cancel or reschedule the appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Payment of $50 or 50% of the full session rate (whichever is greater) is due if less than 24 hours’ notice is provided.

If 2 hours’ notice or less is provided, the full session rate is due, or if the appointment is missed without giving notice.

If, within 24 hours of your session, you develop a contagious illness, or have a sudden, unplanned health or personal emergency rendering you unable to make your appointment, you will inform Be Active Massage Therapy right away, and you are unable to fill the vacancy, you will pay the cancellation fee, or session fee (if less than 2 hours notice), unless an exception is granted, only at the discretion of Be Active Massage Therapy.

ARRIVING ON TIME/SESSION LENGTH:

Please arrive and be ready on time in order to receive the full session time scheduled. If you arrive late or not ready to begin session, the therapist can only provide treatment for whatever time remains of the appointment, and payment for the full length of session booked is required.
